| US Immigration Speeds Up Processing Times For Nurses |

USCIS announced that it will be making I-140 Petitions for Alien Workers available through Premium Processing. This means that instead of having to wait months for a decision on the crucial portion of a green card, we can now get a decision on the Petition between 14-30 calender days. This is quite an incredible development where time is very important to our client. The cost for this Premium Processing is an additional $1,000.00 over and above the typical filing fees paid. We are now waiting for the official launch date of this new service. Latest contacts with USCIS suggest that it will be any day now.
