For example, many cases have Worksheets or Tables of Contents as to what documents are needed. As the documents and forms and other administrative measures are completed within our office, the Worksheet is checked and updated. Clients can then log in and see how their case is coming along. Also they can see which documents are pending.
Journaling: As your attorney or staff member works on the file they are now required to post journal entries so that there is a record that the client can see as to what work has been done on their case.
Rave reviews: For those clients whose cases have been transferred to what we call the Immigration Processing Center (IPC), the response has been nothing short of spectacular. Clients love it, most of all their angst, anxieties and stresses about their case is substantially reduced and they find that they can work better with us on their case as opposed to just feelingas though they are sitting around waiting for news about their case.
